Lost in Time feels like being drawn inward until the ordinary sense of time begins to disappear. A luminous center remains visible, but the painting never offers a direct path toward it. Instead, layers of color circle, overlap, retreat, and return, holding the eye inside a continuous movement with no obvious beginning or end.
The center glows with soft peach, blush pink, coral, cream, warm yellow, and luminous white. Around it, red and crimson deepen into violet, rich purple, blue-violet, dark plum, and near-black. Golden yellow and orange appear between the layers, bringing sudden warmth into the surrounding depth. The transition between these colors makes the center feel both close and strangely distant.
The circular movement is irregular. It does not behave like a perfect spiral. Some passages open; others close around the center. Some seem to move forward while others pull the eye back. Time here feels less like something passing and more like something we have entered.
There is something strangely beautiful about being lost in that space. The center remains almost within reach, yet the surrounding movement continually carries the eye away and returns it again. Lost in Time captures an inward state in which past, present, memory, and emotion seem capable of existing together—a place where a single moment might last forever.
