Yes, each limited edition Museum quality giclee, prints, and products come with a certificate of authenticity.
This document certifies the artwork's origin, limited edition status, and the artist's signature, providing assurance of its authenticity and value.
Run numbers are not displayed on individual items; a certificate of authenticity will be emailed after the purchase has been confirmed and the customer is satisfied.

How long does fulfillment take?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days.
Generally orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than 75% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

- Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Refund policy
All our items are made to order. It is important to please let us know within 3-days of receiving the item if there is an issue. This means you have only 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please be AWARE that we have a maximum 10-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at be@BeSculpt.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Not Accepted Returns or Refunds
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
