The pillow insert will be wrapped in a vacuum packaging and the cover sheet will be placed in a separate bag.

Please note that some pillow inserts might be more inflated during shipping but will take their true form in a couple of hours after being unpacked.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy

We ship all of our products using recycled materials. As an eco-friendly company, we do our part to reduce waste.

The customer is responsible for all shipping fees and taxes unless otherwise specified
Original Art Pieces shipping cost range from $250.00 to $1,500.00 depending on the size and delivery location.
The original artwork shipping charges will be added on to the final Invoice.
Custom charges may apply on delivery - depending on the Country.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email with information and an estimated delivery date.

Delivery and manufacturing within the United States take 7-15 business days.

Manufacturing and shipping of international orders can take up to 60 days.

Please note that some of our products are manufactured to order in multiple foreign production facilities, resulting in a delivery time of up to 60 days, with an average of 45 days.

While we understand delivery delays may cause inconvenience -- we will use the best manufacturing facility for your order and individual products -- which ensures the highest quality for your order.

Orders may be delivered in multiple packages and in different times.

Around 81% of BeSculpt orders are delivered within the same region they’re fulfilled in. Having fulfillment centers close to our customers is good for both the business and the planet. Strategically located fulfillment centers allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.

Products available in the same region are shipped together whenever possible. This helps our customers save money and is much better for the environment.

How long does fulfillment take?

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days.

Generally orders are shipped within 5 business days, and more than 75% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.
